We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you have 7 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.

Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Returns require proof of purchase (order number).

Final sale items (e.g., clearance) are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service team at ethostouch1@gmail.com to initiate a return and receive a free return AuPost label.

2. Securely package the item(s) and mail them to the address we provide.

3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds:

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
