Pre Sale Questions

You can easily track your order using the link and tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received this email within 3-5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at ethostouch1@gmail.com

You can request to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed for shipment. Please contact us immediately at ethostouch1@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order enters the shipping process, we are unable to cancel it, but you can return it upon delivery under our return policy.

As a family-run business, we carefully steam-press every dress before shipment to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in perfectly pristine condition. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Please note that shipping may be extended during holidays or promotional

periods.

We accept the following secure payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Strip. All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels.

Standard shipping is free for orders over $150.Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
